Hi, I’m Diana.
I help therapists and group practice owners streamline their operations, strengthen their marketing, and build practices that feel sustainable.
My background combines mental health, business operations, and marketing. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Journalism, later completed a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, and am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist–Limited Permit (MFT-LP) in New York.
Before launching DGVA, I worked in community mental health, crisis counseling, human resources, and operations. Those experiences gave me a unique understanding of both the clinical and business sides of running a practice.
Today, I support therapists across the United States with administrative systems, client experience, websites, marketing, and practice operations so they can spend more time doing the work they love.
My goal is simple: to help you create a practice that runs smoothly, serves your clients well, and supports the life you want to build.
