I am a dual-certified Life Coach and Yoga Instructor, along with a background and career in Psychology. I tailor each session to your needs and meet you where you are. While keeping the theory of motivational psychology as my base, I incorporate techniques to help you refocus, recenter, and restore. Practical application that anyone can use.

Yoga

Being a business owner or professional in the workforce can be very challenging and stressful on your mental health. Not to mention, if you are juggling kids, homemaking, marriage, or relationships, it can be difficult to take a moment for yourself and breathe.

I offer one-on-one or group yoga classes that are personalized to what you need. Maybe you are a first-time “yogi”, no worries. I’ll meet you where you are. I encourage my clients to calm their minds and learn how to be present with their body and their breath.
