Payroll Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:
Managing client communication and document gathering. Work with business owners to download payroll reports and PPP loan information and connect payroll software with internal accounting software. Conduct kick-off meetings via zoom with business owners or the team to efficiently collect information. Kick-off meetings usually last 15 to 30 minutes.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, Quickbooks, Paylocity, and others 
- Ability to provide excellent customer service as this is a client-facing role 
- Excellent internet connection and accessibility to ZOOM 
- Available during normal business hours to communicate with clients 
- Skilled in Administrative Support, Excel, Data Entry, Accounting Basics, and Email Communication 
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position 
- The estimated project length is 6 months but the client may keep you on the team longer based on the need 
- This role is approximately 15 to 20 hours a week 
- The role is 100% remote
